Easter Bunny Makes a Visit to PK-4th Grade Classes
The Easter Bunny visited pre-school through fourth grade students in the classroom March 31. While the children were out of the room for recess or physical education, eggs were hidden
about the room. When the students returned, they enjoyed the egg hunt and pin the ears, eyes, nose, paws, carrot/stem on the picture of a bunny. Fourth graders followed the journey of Lewis and Clark while carrying an egg on a spoon in their mouth. Eggs were sorted while playing the game so all students received the same number of eggs. This activity was sponsored by the Allen Community Club, and thanks goes to those adults who helped with hiding, sorting, and supervising the game. There was no egg hunt in the park because of Covid restrictions.
