4x800 - Regular rules

Mid-Distance Medley (2-2-4-8)

1. 4x2 starting lines

2. 1^st runner to 2^nd is 4x2 exchange. All others are 4x4 exchanges.

3. 3^rd runner will break to lane 1 at the 100m break line.

4x100 - Regular rules

Distance Medley (4-4-8-16)

1. 4x4 starting lines

2. All are 4x4 exchanges

3. 2^nd runner will break to lane 1 at the 100m break line.

4x200 - Regular rules

Sprint Medley (1-1-2-4)

1. 4x1 startling lines

2. 1^st to 2^nd runner and 2^nd to 3rd runner are 4x1 exchanges.

3. 3^rd to 4^th is 4x4 exchange.

4. 4^th runner will break to lane 1 at the 100m break line.
