We want to again congratulate Mr. Bathke and thank all of the area farmers that nominated Allen Consolidated Schools for the Monsanto Growing America Grant. At halftime of the football game on Oct 10, 2014 Mr. Bathke along with local farmers were presented with a $10,000 check from Brett Sachau who works at Monsanto.
