JR Class Poinsettia Fundraiser

Please fill out the order form below and include payment with it when returning the form to the school office. Estimated delivery of the poinsettias is set for the first week of December.
ORDERS ARE DUE WITH PAYMENT BY OCTOBER 3rd to guarantee a poinsettia.
You will be contacted by Mrs. Munter when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up hours at the school will be 7:45am to 4:05pm.
