English 10 travels to UNO to watch Macbeth
On Friday, April 21st, Mrs. Moeller, Mrs. Murphy, and Mrs. Jackson took both groups of English 10 students to the University of Nebraska at Omaha where they watched a performance of William Shakespeare’s play Macbeth. Before the show, these students were also given a tour of the theater department at UNO which included a glimpse into all of the technical areas (lights, sound, music, staging, scenery, costumes, and makeup) as well as an inside look into the decisions made for the performance. It was a great way to end the English 10 unit on Shakespeare’s play Macbeth!
