ACT Testing Tentative Schedule for Junior Class

Tentative Schedule for April 2, 2019:

7:15 am – arrival of students at Allen school for breakfast

7:45 am – briefing session for room supervisors (REQUIRED)

8:00 am – Take students to church by bus.

8:15 am – Arrival, identification, and seating of examinees

8:30 am –       

            1.  Begin reading the verbal instructions.

            2.  Distribute test materials to examinees.

            3.  Administer the 5 tests as directed in the verbal instructions – time tests exactly.

            TESTING SCHEDULE:  

                        Test 1              45 minutes                  8:40 – 9:25 am

                        Test 2              60 minutes                  9:25 – 10:25 am

                        BREAK             15 minutes                  10:25 – 10:40 am

                        Test 3              35 minutes                  10:40 – 11:15 am

                        Test 4              35 minutes                  11:15 – 11:50 am

                        BREAK             5 minutes                    11:50 – 11:55 am

                        Writing            40 minutes                  11:55 – 12:35 am

            4.  Collect and verify all test materials and clean up!

1:00 pm – Dismiss ACT with writing examinees. - students will be dismiss for the day!!
