FFA Officer's Retreat
The Allen FFA Officer team met on August 1st at the high school Ag shop and classroom for an Officer Retreat. Ms. Horton and the seven officers discussed all the FFA events for the year while planning the Program of Activities. They developed a budget and looked over the chapter constitution and bylaws. The officers discussed individual and team goals for the year, as well as officer duties and responsibilities. They then made a group plaque for the classroom with each person’s hand print that says “If it is to be, it is up to me” to remind them of their leadership responsibilities.
