Wolfpack Rallies to Victory Against the Wausa Lady Vikings in the First Round of Sub-District Action

The Tri County Northeast Wolfpack made the jaunt to Humphrey high school to face the Wausa Lady Vikings in the first orund of the class D1-3 sub district tournament.  Although the Wolfpack started off a bit slow, they made up for it in the 2nd set of the game taking the Lady Vikings 3-1.  Set Scores:  Set 1- Wolfpack 13, Wausa 25   Set 2- Wolfpack 25, Wausa 23   Set 3- Wolfpack 25, Wausa 18   Set 4- Wolfpack 25, Wausa 16.

Stat Leaders on the night:  

Brianna Bousquet, Jordyn Carr, and Jazmin Delatorre led in ace serves with Delatorre having 2, Bousquet and Carr each with 1.  

Offensively, Alli Jackson took the reigns leading the Wolfpack with 18 kills.  Jordyn Carr was also a vital part of her team offensively with 8 kills whereas Brianna Bousquet added 5, Jazmin Delatorre had 3 and Rhyanne Mackling had 1.  

Jackson had an impressive 4 ace blocks on the night.  

Carly Dickens added 30 set assists for her team while Mackling had 2.  

The Wolfpack will face Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family in the sub-district final Tuesday October 27th at 7 pm at Humphrey High School.
