Wolfpack Goes Down in 3 Against the Wolverines

It was a battle of the Wolves as the Tri County Northeast Wolfpack hosted the Wolverines in B-A volleyball action on Thursday September 25th.  The first two sets were dominated by the Wolverines for Bancroft-Rosalie-Lyons-Decatur but the Tri County Northeast Wolfpack made the Wolverines earn their 3rd set win.  The final match score was Tri County Northeast 0, BRLD Wolverines 3.  Set Scores:  Set 1- Wolfpack 19, Wolverines 25   Set 2- Wolfpack 19, Wolverines 25   Set 3- Wolfpack 24, Wolverines 26.

Jordyn Carr led the Wolfpack in kills racking up 10 on the night while Alli Jackson added 8, and Brynn Shock had 4.  A strong defensive stand by BRLD made it difficult for the Wolfpack to add many kills to the stat book.

Setter Carly Dickens had 21 assists on the night.

Defensively, Alli Jackson led the team in digs with 13.  Jordyn Carr added 9 while Carly Dickens had 4.  Rhyanne Mackling totaled 3 digs on the night.  

Brynn Shock led in blocks for the Wolfpack tallying 3 ace blocks during the match.  

Coach Greve's comments "We are consistently improving,  but we are just not making it over the hump.  The girls give their best and our senior leadership is solid with Carly Dickens and Alli Jackson. "
