Wolfpack Loses a close one to Randolph and Battled Against Osmond at Randolph Triangular
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Tricounty Northeast Wolfpack traveled to Randolph on Thursday September 10th for a triangular with the Randolph Lady Cardinals and the Osmond Lady Tigers.
During the match against Randolph, the game went to 3 sets. Randolph came out strong in the first set overtaking the Wolfpack, 25-14. The Wolfpack was able to rally and take the 2nd set 25-20 but could not finish the game, losing the last set 21-25.
Coach Greve's Comments on the game: "We are just making a few too many unforced errors to win. We have to work on consistency and fundamentals.
Game Stats:
Alli Jackson was a strong hitter totaling 11 kills off of 30 attempts during the game. She also added 1 ace serve and 3 digs.
Setter Carly Dickens tallied 2 ace serves, 17 set assists, and 3 kills. Jordyn Carr proved she is a strong offensive force on the team with 7 kills, 1 aces, and 11 digs.
Brianna Bousquet added 4 kills and 1 ace serve. Rhyanne Mackling recorded 1 ace serve, 3 digs, and 1 assist. Brynn Shock had1 kill while Getsemani Ferrusca added1 ace serve and 8 digs. Jazmin Delatorre was subbed into the match and played well.
The Wolfpack played the Lady Tigers of Osmond and although they battled in the 1st set, they could not hang on to it, losingthe set 27-29. The second set was nearly just as close but the Lady Tigers proved victorious winning the 2nd set (25-20) and the game.
Coach Greve stated that "a few too many errors" happened during the game but her team was "right there".

Alli Jackson led in kills with 17. She also added 3 digs. Carly Dickens recorded 24 set assists and 2 ace serves. Jordyn Carr added 7 kills and 9 digs. Brynn Shock and Brianna Bousquet racked up 3 kills a piece. Getsamni Ferrusca had 2 ace serves and 3 digs. Jazmin Delatorre added a kill and Rhyanne Mackling had 3 digs.
