FFA LAND JUDGING RESULTS
(Allen) Land Judging is a high school competition that challenges students to gain a better understanding of soil structure and land evaluation. Land Judging enables each participant to learn how to recognize the physical features of the soil, determine the land capability for crop production and evaluate management practices needed for proper stewardship of the land.
On October 8th, the Allen – Wakefield FFA Chapter sent 28 students to compete at the 2019 Area Land Judging contest held in Leigh, NE. There was a total of 437 FFA members from various schools in Northeast Nebraska that competed as well.

79th – Mitchell Fischer, 88th – Anthony Isom, 103rd – Brody Floyd and 112th – Madison Roach

162nd – Steven Sullivan, 166th – Ally Twohig, 167th – Reed Hingst, 178th – Josh Grone,
